WHY FOCUS ON TEAMWORK & RELATIONSHIPS

Our culture has evolved in such a way that the center of attention seems to be the individual (it’s always about me, me, me or I, I, I).

Our youth and young adults seem to be more callous and indifferent at home, school, and work. Many, for example, prefer to watch and/or record a bad situation instead of intervening or calling for help.

The stress of everyday living is taking a toll on our most sacred relationships. More and more marriages are ending in divorce and loving parent/child relationships are not as prevalent as they use to be.
